...but i suck at coding...

here is some charactert design i made:

i relly want to make a kinda dark but cute platform game about a strange skeleton guy how wants to win the love of another strange skeleton female.

typical mario style where the hero, dont know the name yet, is going to save the girl from the bad guys.

he has a weapon, a bunch of poisent flowers! he points the flowers at the enemys and shoots green gas at them!

i have allready made some music for the game!

if anybody is interested to here please IM me! my im is madsoultorsk ! please give a comment on my scetch and tell me what you think! if its a silly idea, please tell me. thanks!

Yo learn python seriously, I bet its a hundred times easier than LUA and a hundred times more useful. SDL stands for Simple Directmedia Layer, think of it like DirectX if you know what that is. And as for a wrapper, usually it's written to simplify pre-existing code that's complex. Kind of like Macros in Lisp (or any program/langauge for that matter) you can define Something_Simple to equal Some_really_hard_and_complex_code

well you can learn lua verry easy
It is allot of work to lean this language but it is easyer then C

Check out the Beta Development Forum. I made a thread yesterday. So maybe you are going to learn something. I just started to lean Lua so i cant do much with it at the moment
