UMD Emulator, MPH Game Loader:
-download the latest version of both of these:

-If you read the readme for mph game loader 1.1, which you should be following, you will see that you need flash0 and flash1 folders containing higher firmware files. You can download the ones that I used to test here:

Preparing your Megaman Powered Up .iso:
-First you will need one. Of course, I can't post it, so you will need to dump your own from a legally purchased Megaman Powered Up UMD, or.... ahem.
-Download UMDgen:
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/194
-Download this rar:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=OCK25QR0 It is a compressed rar archive containing the replacement prx files and boot.bin. If you don't know how to use rar files, I recommend googling WinRAR and downloading that.
-You will need to replace the prx files inside the iso with the ones contained in that rar archive. To do this is simple, straightforward, and can be done one of two ways.
*For clarification, the boot.bin file that needs replacing inside the iso is located in PSP_GAME\SYSDIR and the prx files that need replacing are located inside PSP_GAME\USRDIR\module
-Inside of UMDgen is self explanatory using right click>replace command and replacing the files with the ones of the same name, and finally saving the iso (preferably as something easily recognizable. Use "Megaman Powered Up" without the quotes.). Or, extract the whole iso using an app such as WinRAR, replace the prx files and boot.bin file, drag the whole PSP_GAME folder and UMD_DAT.BIN file to UMDgen and save the iso (preferably as something easily recognizable. Use "Megaman Powered Up" without the quotes.)
Either way you should now have a properly modified .iso. Copy this to inside your Umdemulator's ISO folder probably located inside the UMDEMULATOR folder in the root of your memory stick.
Starting up the game:
-On your psp, run UMD Emulator
-Make sure you have System Menu selected in UMD Emulator
-Select the Megaman Powered Up iso
-Run MPH Game Loader 1.1
