Ok. I have a Question. This doesnt really relate to homebrew, but then again it does. ok, to the point. Im really trying to learn this so if you want to call me a dumbass then dont was your time. A lot of programs have "ocx" files. I googled it and it has to do with ActiveX controls?. When you open them they have random letters and numbers w/ lines. How can you read those files.
