I have released a new loader XTREME LOADER 2.6 [similar to RunUMD] which is responsible for booting 2.60 required UMD’s on firmware version 1.50.

The goal of this Loader, similar to RunUMD, is to launch an ORIGINAL UMD 2.6 on all the other Firmware versions without making the necessary FW update to play, and thus keeping the possibility of playing back-ups and others’ homebrew too on 1.5.

Installation is relatively simple:

1. Copy the loader [ ‘XTREME%’ and ‘XTREME’ directories ] to /PSP/GAME on your memory stick (MS)
Copy the ‘X’ directory to the root of your MS.
i.e.) if your PSP is detected as drive letter F: - copy ‘X’ to F:\
If you experience problems, check out the packaged readme.txt for further information.

This software does not load ISOs - it’s strictly for booting UMD’s which require a later firmware version.
