I was aslo wondering about this new exploit for 2.50....I've done the past downgrader and all.....but it occured to me that (even though i understand the difficulty of this) does anyone think homebrew will be possible with this if it works? i mean....just think how mad sony will be hahah they always try to get us but our backs are never turned lol
well....i DO indeed have 1.5 but sadly i only own one psp(even though ive done a little coding of my own ) so i can't try it unless there is some guarantee that i can go back to 1.5 to play all the supercool oldschool and homebrew games!
Well don't you think we should wait to release the downgrader when it is finished untill 3.0 comes out. Because then Sony wouldn't have known that we found a exploit and they wouldn't have fixed it. There for homebrew on 3.0.

Making downgrading possible from 2.5 would be a big step for the homebrew community. It causes Sony to develop more updates to fight homebrew. If we keep it up, we might just push more features out of Sony in future updates. This can be good, and bad however. They hit us hard with the GTA update trick, but hopefully there is a way around it.
