IT THIS PART OF DOWNGRADING(PICTURE)
OK I FOUND OUT HOW TO DO THIS TO MY V.2.5 PSP (LOOK AT PICTURE)

IT JUST RESETS MY SETTING, DELETES MY CONNECTIONS AND OTHER THINGS.

No, you just corrupted flash1 which contains all of your personal settings and connection info. NOT A DOWNGRADE.
