meh... prolly nothing but might aswell post it. The arrows above and below the numbers when typing in password get corrupted if you have homebrew on your psp and try to run it then try to launch game.
Lemme give you step by step
1. have psp 2.00 + and have parental control on so asks for pass on launch
2. Go to games on mem stick and try to launch an eboot
3. then go to UMD game launch and when it asks for pass the arrows above and below the number are little black smudges
It fixes itself if you go into another menu and open something else up. It seems that you know it fixes when the psp has a little lag spike.
Like i said most likely nothing but at least if i post it then nobody else will post about it being like "zomg downgrader wootz!". ^_^ kk cya

This is not ingame arrow or anything, it's the arrows that accompany the input method used for the 4 digit password you can give your psp as a parental control feature. The arrows are above and blow the current number you are inputing. Also, no i dont have font hack installed nor did i ever. I would take pictures or film if i thought it was important or hard to reproduce but it's not. Just go into games on memory stick, try to launch a eboot, you fail and get "corrupted data", then when you try to start your UMD imediatly after the arrows are like black boxes. It is more then likely nothing.
