Changing O to X

I have a Jap 2.6 and tommorow I am swapping it for a UK 2.0. I wonder if I can swap the buttons on my PSP to be X as the main button because the person I am swapping with would prefer to get the PSP with these settings.

There was a button swapper outthere, ill find it.
I like the jap buttons, ive got used to pressing o instead of x

I like Jap buttons but my friend doesn't and he would like to have X instead of circle and when I get his it will be O instead of X.

There is a button swapper that works on all firmwares although there is a chance of bricking.
