Um..you don't know much about EBOOTs I'm guessing.

1. It doesn't matter if it's not corrupted. That doesn't mean it will run. Usually an EBOOT will read Corrupted if a part is missing, or the PSP obviously knows that it's not official (not sure, please correct me).

2. Absolutely NO EBOOT will boot from the PSP's XMB (aka Home Menu) without the encryption signature by Sony. They've gotten smart and added this encryption feature to prevent further exploits.

3. How the heck would an emulator brick a 2.7 PSP? First off, an emulator doesn't need Flash0: access (where the system files are stored). Second, 2.XX PSPs don't even have Flash0: access. We were shocked just to find out that we could access the Flash1: on 2.00-2.60. 2.70 is practically UNHACKABLE. Unless someone finds an overflow in the Flash Player app or something, it's useless to homebrew lovers.

Hope that clears things up for you.

DID YOU EVEN READ MY POST?!?!

IT WON'T WORK. You can try it, if you're willing to get a nice little error.
