Hey all. I've been helping out someone with an eboot. What we got so far is when you go to the memory stick section under game, and click on the file it loads up and goes past the psp screen, screen turns a black (but still on), memory stick reads, and then it says "The game could not be started (80020148)." Unlike others that say right away when you click it, This game cannot be started. The data is corrupted. I don't know how he did it but it acts like a psp 3.00 update but he tried to throw the snes9x tyl emulator in it. I use firmware 2.5 and no gta exploit. Here is the file. See if it's just a code problem or will this lead somewhere thx.

Goes in PSP\GAME\UPDATE make sure they are all capatalized!!
