I dont really want to uprade / downgrade every 5 minutes if i want to run "backups" or use the web browser to control my pc.

run the server on ur pc, setup a password etc, make sure u know ur ip, load up the portable vnc client on ur psp, type in ur ip address and connect/type pass etc and ur away
but yeah, with such a small screen, not really worth it
i usually have access to a pc with an internet connection, so i just use a pc

if your local, set your psp to your local network, connect normally (coz ur on the network)
if ur using a net connection somewhere else, u'll need to forward the vnc port to your pc address, so any connections going to your internet connection's ip on port 5900 goes to your local address, 192.168.1.15 for example
it depends where you are when your trying to connect

Heads up to Kernal ) behind just about anything. VNC works quite well with it, and you get your own sub-domain for free.
