OMFG!! I GOT A 1.5!!! Traded! :D

Yo, GUYS! I just traded my 2.6 PsP + GTA:LCS for a 1.5 PsP!!!!! OMG I'm SO HAPPY! hehehehehehehehh. So can you guys tell me how I can play my 2.0 games on my new 1.5? With an MPH loader? Is that a safe program? I don't want to brick my new PsP. Oh, and does SOCOM work infrastructure with the MPH?

What about loading Emulators? Can you guys help me? Perhaps give me links? I'm not familiar with 1.5 Emulators, seeing I had a 2.6 for a long time. Help plzz!! I'm soooOooo happy right now!

Btw, can you guys give me a list of programs I should stay away from? I don't want to brick my PsP... And what's KXploit?

6) Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories (Traded... gone... but got a 1.5 instead!)

Bloody hell, thats a hell of a lot of questions... I'll try to aanswer you as nest I can.

This site has a wealth of homebrew, and this site has a good list of emulators and homebrew along the left side.

To run 2.0+ games, use RunUMD, MPH Game Loader or Xtreme Loader.

And KXploit is a program for PC that allows you to play homebrew on your PSP. It does some wierd stuff to the files and makes another folder. But SEI PSP Tool is a hell of a lot better. With it, you can hide the corrupt icons.

All the homebrew from those sites is safe, as far as I am aware. I think the first has a better selection, but the second has a nice list, but is sometimes down.

welcome to my world, i just traded my 2.01 for a 2.0 on saturday, i prayed as the downgrader took me to 1.5 and since been learning how to play "backups" take a look at www.pspiso.com and register, its got some good tutorials on how to get what u want. Oh and get rid of any eloader stuff u have laid about on ur psp, i just did a fresh format of my mem stick.

PSP Millionaire is quite fun
Daxisoloader v.55 is the best
get LINK2 browser so u can view stuff on net (if u have wifi anyway)
PSP radio is sweet if u have wifi
i dont know if im allowed to say this but make sure u get .dax files for the daxisoloader, ive just got championship manager and its only 24 meg!
