| | | | Firmware dumping. i followed a guide on dumping firmwares..
ok, i dumped the 2.50 to.
MS0:/DAXZISO/ = flash0 / flash1
and also dumped it to
MS0:/X/ = flash0 / flash1
i use daxz v0.55, i load my iso (colin mcrae) using emulation/use boot/system menu.
the iso.dax loads upto "loading" then psp turns off.
any other methods i use, the psp tells me it can not read disc.
how do i load a firmware (2.5) then run homebrew?
is the web browser safe to use when 2.5 is emulated?

Points: 9,999,500,270.81 Donate | | | You guys are all ignoring his original question, which is about getting Colin McRae running on 1.5 using the firmware emulation feature of DAXZISO.
First of all, dumping a firmware does not give you a proper flash1 dump. Each firmware has a unique flash1 layout, and dumping a 1.50 to use with 2.50 will make it crash. Simple, really.
