I just finished doing my attempt at the beta 3.0 if anyone is interested...

Everything went fine I don't have a brick or anything

My system info after rebooting, oddly enough it says 1.0, but since I have the built in web browser, I'm obviously 2.0...

so it DID work? test out a 2.0 required game.

I don't have a 2.0 game, but I just tried to run PSPpersonalize and my snes9x, and both give the corrupted data error, so I'm assuming that I'm 2.0 but its labelled as 1.0 for some reason. I'm going to try and get myself back to my 1.5 status from before I started.

*EDIT*On a side note I have fully restored my psp back to it's 1.5 firmware after doing the test...*EDIT*

it's happen with me too a time.
i use the mph downgrader about 4 times not in the same day, (1.5 to 2.0 to 1.5 to 2.0 to 1.5)

before downgrade again to 1.50, i check my version and shows 1.00 but i have sure the fw installed on my psp is just the 2.00, because i can use browser and use the theming options.

fw 2.00 installed but shows 1.00, same thing here, well this time i don't use any 3.0beta because it doesn't exists when it's happen.
