im having some trouble with my 1.5 psp so i was gonna update it then downgrade it, the sony site ses the battery has to be 100% and pluged in, iv got it plugged in but does it really have to be 100% full b4 i update?? im only asking cos i dont want a brick!

It needs decent power. If not the update won't start.

its got 75% power, and like i say, its on charge

over 75% is the minimum I think but even if you did have it at 10% (even though it would not start the update then) Idoubt it would make any difference if you had the charger plugged in.

You need 75% power and the AC adapter. If you had 10% it wouldn't start.
