I may be new to this site, yes, but only with this account. Ive been surfing this site for a long time now, (since december when i gotmy psp) and since then there has ALWAYS been talk of a downgrader for 2.01+. Now, i know that there are alot of people who want to downgrade to 1.5 or to 2.0 so that they can have the freedom of easily playing homebrew, and other for the most part also want ot play ISO's. Now, just a little while back, we couldnt even PLAY homebrew on 2.01+ and everybody wanted an eloader. When Fanjita and Ditlew finally released their Eboot loader, what do people do? They get on with the eloader: "Oh yeah, GREAT WORK! Now, What about downgrading! Can you make an ISO loader?!" No one is ever happy.
Now, i made this thread to point out that the people who work on these things are not working night and day and are not living just for your needs. They also have lives, and they also want what you want probably as bad if not worse if they are working on it. Now, the point is, be happy. There may not be a downgrader for a long time, and may not be an ISO loader for a long time for 2.01+, but all we can do is wait, and show enoucragement and not nag at the people working on it. When your rushed, you make mistakes, and when those people make mistakes, it leads to bricked PSP's and when that happens, what are they going to test on? Well, anyways, be happy and be thankful that you actually have homebrew on your PSP's, and just hope for te best.
Any negative or positive feedback is welcome, and i made this post just so people can see that its not only about them, and so that they can be content with what they have. This was meant to be more of a positive motivational post than a negative one.
Anyways, hope that shed some light on the topic,

you are right. why do people always complain. if they were stupid enough to upgrade to a firmware that they don't like then be happy that you can play anything. If you want a real homebrew gaming machine get something like the gp2x. i love mine. if you want one click on the link on my sig. |

Lol, but i also had a 1.5 before that which i upgraded to 2.6 and traded in to bestbuy for anotherebcause it was SCREWED. and then i ended up with an out of box 2.5 -.-/ So i upgraded. BUT NEVER WILL I GO HIGHER THAN 2.6! |

Points: 0.20 Donate | | most likely not but where did that come from. i think that if you keep on upgrading their may possibly be another 2.00 in the future but the likelyhood of that is slim. You may like the homebrew for the GP2x much better. |
