1st of all remeber when we try to hack LocoRoco demo using the pbp unpacker and change the version data on the param.sfo we put it runing but then it shuts off the psp, soo i think this is an LocoRoco demo or something with the modified param.sfo

It's fake. It's the DATA.PSAR file from the 2.70 update renamed to DATA.PSP and packed into an EBOOT. Nothing more. There's no executable code in there

Also... Only 1.50 and 2.00 have been exploited, guys. All the rest are still unhacked. The only reason you can use homebrew on 2.01, 2.50 or 2.60 is that GTA was insecure. That's not a firmware problem.
Oh, and as for the username/password for the "3.00 modules" site: If you don't know the password, how can you possibly know that the username is right?
Finally, it's really easy to make a homebrew app require a specific firmware. Just edit the PARAM.SFO file so that the PSP_SYSTEM_VER variable is something other than 1.00.
