it is junk, here is what Fanjita has written recently :

All the alleged downgraders that I've seen circulating are bogus - just the MPH downgrader renamed. Even if it had actually been relinked to the correct address, the techniques used in that downgrader will not work from GTA. I spent 24 hrs trying to get a downgrader to work, based on the techniques from MPH, SXT and a few of my own, and none of it worked. Someone might be able to find a new way to do it, perhaps, but it won't be by just renaming the MPH code.

Fanjita has expanded on this. He says there have been three "types" of exploits found:
user-mode only
VSH (user-mode with some kernel access to flash0)
kernel-mode

The 2.0 TIF exploit uses VSH whereas the GTA savegame "hack" is strictly user-mode only, no access to flash at all.
That means no downgrading from 2.01 or higher and no ISO loaders via the GTA savegame "hack".

I thought 2.0 Already had a downgrader...and that just 2.01 -2.6 doesnt? Correct me if Im wrong
