These are the settings needed and make sure your wi-fi switch is turned on:

UMD Select: Select Your iSO File
UMD Mount: ISO ANYUMD
Firmware: 2.50+2.00
Boot Select: Reboot XMB
UMD Version: 2.XX -> 2.00 (set it, or you will get a 2.6 error)
CPU Clock: 222Mhz

Still getting disk can not be read.. error
i did'nt get it when i first installed devhook.. it just started doing it. i have formatted the memory card and installed it all again.. but still no luck

Is your

UMD Version: 2.XX -> 2.00

If it is not set as that, than it is the most likely the reason you are getting an error.

why dont u just get devhook evolved? the ultimate iso loader ever!
no umd required and it loads tons of iso and requires no firmware dump!
arrgghh just download 'devhook evolved' for petes sake!

Ok let me just ask you guys this. I found out how to load my isos but also when I restart my psp, I am back to firmware 1.5 and if I turn on my psp without a UMD in the drive I get that blue screen of death in multiple languages saying I could press "O" to return to default settings. This blue screen of death doesnt come up if I have an ISO in the drive but I was just wondering if this is supposed to happen and if everytime you turn on your psp you have to go into devhook and press start to get firmware 2.5 Thanks
