Lightbulb Access psp via usb
I know people have said before that the PSP can't be access by USB, but how come the PSP knows if the USB cable is connected or not???

Im preparing to get flamed!!!

The reason i ask this is because i noticed something about my old mp3 player. When I connect my mp3 player to the computer it is just detected as removable media as with my psp but when I use the firmware software for my mp3 player it detects the firmware and updates it.

Ehm, it can. But not on 2.01+ since it requires kernel mode.
