This was just realeased today i beleve, it is on QJ's homepage, it basically flashes your psp with a custom theme, and allows you to create your own.I could'nt find out if it was for 1.5 users only, i searched and did'nt find anything, so if anyone knows otherwise please let me know.I know this is a stupid question but when dealing with the flash i wanted to be sure.
