dont flame for this... but in my opinion homebrew isnt worth the $90 modchip and install risk... for that purpose it would just be better to get a GPX2-a system DESIGNED for homebrew and has good media support(divx built into its firmware)

im thinkin that kinda 2, homebrew is good, but i think its more of a hobbie, but i think i will still b gettin the mod chip but

thats how it is to me-homebrew is more of a hobbie but no hb ive used is worth the money or worth the sacrifice of playing new games (ex. the locoroco demo was more fun than any hb i played [emulators dont factor into this statement because they are EVERYWHERE])

I still think that for $90 there are only two people that will get $90 worth of enjoyment; those who upgraded to 2.7, and those unlucky enough to get a psp w/ 2.7 already on it. Im on 2.6, and I have got a single eboot I can't run perfectly now. Im sure there are some, but I'd be paying $90 to cut out the middle man and load homebrew from the XMB. In short, 2 mins GTA loading IS NOT WORTH $90!!!

All valid points but you got to remember that most people who are going to get the mod chip are going to use it for iso's.
$70 is a one off payment and you can get as many pirated games as you want.
