I saw a ppl said 1.5 PSP with 2.5FW can downgrade in other Forum
1. take down the chip from the PSP
2. rewrite the FW
is that true ?? | There really isnt a way to check the voltage of your psp. You can emulate 2.5fw on a 1.50fw psp. But you cannot downgrade a 2.5fw psp. Exactly when did you get your psp. Then i can tell you if the modchip will work on it or not? |

| | | | if it came with anything below 2.01 it should work but if it came with 2.5 or higher im not sure. i know 2.6 doesnt work but 2.5s might. |

Points: 491.97 Donate | | | As long as your psp was made before October 2005 than the modchip should work. Any psp made with 2.01 and under should work no problem with the modchip. If you bought the psp with 2.5+ than there is a low chance of it working, it might but i dont know. |
