Cos HB will b that lil bit easier on 1.5 as u wont have to load the patch each time you turn on your psp. Plus ppl without gta can borrow it to downgrade then run HB.

This is an important part in what freeplay said: "It erases the firmware/IPL, then CANNOT write to flash0." I don't know what happens in the new version maybe it still does this.
