I've never heard of any reports, but I am not one to leave out the statisitcal possiblity. The PSPOS has a ton of failsafes on the flash 1, and it is only settings. You may get a blue screen of death if something goes wrong, but that is just the failsafes kicking in and preventing a brick (you will lose all settings, though). There is still the (very very very very) slim chance that some moddification is not accepted, and causes the bios to freak and wipe everything clean. But this has never ever happened (so far).

But this has never ever happened (so far). | i change tons of files in my flash1 and my psp freaked out, then crashed, then blue screened, then srashed, then worked fine, then blue screened. i dont get why that happened. would u know? |

Points: 29.91 Donate | | | I know a little about the BSOD. Yes, you can wipe your flash 1, get the BSOD, and it still boots (I did it twice, curiosity kills the cat). As for you, AOD, the first BSOD was probably because you forgot to update the cheaksums in the system dreg and ireg. As for the second time, it must not have written the flash 1 files correctly, or damaged them in another way (this also happened to me).
