Flash1

If i change the System.Dreg file out of Flash1 could I run the chance of bricking my PSP? Or is flash1 safe to tamper with?

Well, almost never (I have to nit-pick, please forgive me). I've never heard of any reports, but I am not one to leave out the statisitcal possiblity. The PSPOS has a ton of failsafes on the flash 1, and it is only settings. You may get a blue screen of death if something goes wrong, but that is just the failsafes kicking in and preventing a brick (you will lose all settings, though). There is still the (very very very very) slim chance that some moddification is not accepted, and causes the bios to freak and wipe everything clean. But this has never ever happened (so far).

Hopefully he'll learn not to try and push quite possibly unconstitutional bills though the state assembly and then waste tax money fighting it in court. Plus, he has failed the bar exam 4 times . Disclaimer: These are my opinions, and I am wholy responsible for them.

Someone should try whiping their Flash1 completely and see if they still get the BSOD.

I know a little about the BSOD. Yes, you can wipe your flash 1, get the BSOD, and it still boots (I did it twice, curiosity kills the cat). As for you, AOD, the first BSOD was probably because you forgot to update the cheaksums in the system dreg and ireg. As for the second time, it must not have written the flash 1 files correctly, or damaged them in another way (this also happened to me).
