Sorry for my english | An exploit with full kernel access has to be found and hacked for an iso loader to be created for 2.00 . If you have an iso which requires 2.0 i think there is some sort of emulator or launcher that will make a 1.5 psp think it is 2.00 |

Points: 27.21 Donate | | | GTA LCS, Socom and hustle are the only games i can think of that need 2.0. They need 2.0 because of the codecs on 2.0 so tricking the psp in think that its 2.0 when its 1.5 wont work.

|  | Member | | | | | if they ever get 2.0 or higher firmware emulation to fully work then u might be able to at least play 2.0+ UMD's off 1.5
theres a decryptor loader to play the hustle but socom,GTA,the sims 2, some others still can't be loaded from 1.5 so far |

| | | | Hi i have a "Virgin" 1.5 PSP US version even tho im here in the UK... lol
i downloaded Lord of the Rings Tactics ... and read the .nfo file...
its sez that it needs 2.0 and we'll have to await a hack or emu that can do it etc...
fair enough i thought... for some reason i put it in me psp
i used emulator 0.8c ... and it worked...
great i thought... but it crashes wen trying to load mission 2!!!
does this game really need 2.0?
im so confused by people's posts about emu's doin this and that...
