I tried searching for MPH on the site, but it keeps saying no results, anyway. I just downloaded the launcher, but the instructions for installing it on the psp are really confusing (at least I find them to be). Does anyone have a "dumbed-down" version or has anyone installed this easily that could help me out??

There is a easy tutorial on MPH's Forums under the tutorial link, it should hopefully help you out!

go to the uploads and download forum and them to little britian and the simpsons updated weekly it on there
