What I do is this (this is an example of the two folders):
examlpe > __SCE__example
example% > %__SCE__example

that method work but i dont recommend using psp organise after renaming them because some apps/games come up as corrupt

its easier to get all ur homebrew out then put the folders without % into ur psp then put the ones with the % in there and the ones without % or the currupt ones will show up at the way bottom and the ones with the % will come up at the top then i just use flashmod to make the corrupt files at the bottom disappear (there will still be there as blank spaces though)
the way they are organized is by the date/time they were put on the psp the latest time the higher they show up
and another reason i do this is because whenever i try to organize them with ALL of methods to hide them the homebrew can't be loaded says some error
