Which program???
Which progam would be used to decrypt eboots for example loco roco, I know it has a encryption key but I would just want to know how and which program would be used?

the psar dumper does that i think but if you also mean dumping a firmware and decrypting it then theres the mph firmware launcher and the fakeupdater and a few others
