| | |  devhook and tales of eternia
i found an english version of tales of eternia on a torrent site, i downloaded it, put it in my ISO folder and fired up devhook.
firmware 2.5 came up just fine and the iso was mounted like it should be. so i go to the umd and launch it and it acts like its going to load and then gives me the error "the game could not be started (80020148)"
i doubt you guys have got tales of eternia but has this happened to any other isos you guys have tried, this is the first problem i have had with devhook ever
its understandable though considering the game hasnt been released in the US yet though.
any suggestions would be appreciated |

Points: 16.81 Donate | | | Your allowed to talk about ISO's and ISO loaders btw. I tried tales of eternia with DevHook and it doesn't work (when emulating 2.5 anyway). Change the UMD MOUNT setting to: ISO NOUMD(1.50 only) and the UMD VERSION to: no change, then change the FIRMWARE setting to: 1.50(flash) it should run now. And change BOOT SELECT to: reboot UMD(1.50 only). And also make sure no umd is in the drive.
