Well I was Messing around with a 2.5 dump when I decided to put one of the EBOOTs in an Update folder when i Executed it the icon showed a changing Wipeout Pure Background and a 3D Person spinning it also said it was that it was update VERSION 1.5 1 When I tried to Run it it said I didnt need to run it because i already have 2.6 Someone else should give it a shot and see what happens I uploaded it here: http://www.uploadhut.com/upload/kissbuttersass O I only have two files from 2.5 but both EBOOTs do the same even though one is bigger than the other the one I uploaded is from the folling file :chkreg-pbp the other is auth-pbp |

Points: 113.66 Donate | | | You do realise that the wipeout UMD comes with the 1.51 firmware update, right? Same way as GTA comes with 2.0.
Sounds like you just got the update file from the ISO, and ran it. |

Points: 43.25 Donate | | | Look its from a 2.5 Dump that was formatted to an EBOOT I put it in the update folder on my psp and it thinks its a real update(but its not its only like 75.5kb) And the icon has a weird video (not on other updates) it thinks that this file it update v2.51 when i try to run it it says there is no need to update(whitch is normal since my psp is 2.6)I want someone with 2.5 to run it and see what happens |

Points: 0.08 Donate | | | Yea is the video whenever you go to the 'Saved Game' to load it up because thats nothing its just like implementing music over it its got nothing to do with the eBoot |

Sounds like you just got the update file from the ISO, and ran it. | Theres no UMD with v2.51(its not even an update)but it was in the 2.50 FW |
