system.dreg....?

i was trying to do the fonthack on my downgraded 1.5 psp but when i copied the system.dreg to the root of the memorystick they say i need to open it i a hex editor and then change flash0:/font to ms0:/fontmod but where can i find it....i just don't get it, if someone knows, then please help me with this
