Need to go from 2.01 to 2.5
Oh my god. Finally the downloader arrives but what the hell you have to go to 2.5 then to 2.6 then back down to to 1.5, but low and behold you cant bl dy find the 2.5 upgrader anywhere, can someone tell me where I can get it please

Try this HERE its an easy installer! You will need to download a 1.5 firmwae dump aswell I believe.
Which can be downloaded from psp-hacks.com. Hope that helps

you can get the 2.5 update from psp-hacks.com and anything else you need for the downgrade

just put the 2.5 update eboot in psp > games > UPDATE
and run that from the xmb

you have to update to 2.50/2.60 cos sony added a security barrier which causes the overflow and leads to kernal access
