does anyone have the 1.5fw devhook file, all i see is a bunch of .txt in the flash0 folder, or how can i go about making them, i want to load 1.5 from my MemStick so i can test some psp themes w/o potentially brickin my psp. thanx

Step 1: Download the PSP ver 1.50 update from www.psp-hacks.com

step 2: Download PBP unpacker from here and install: http://www.pdc.me.uk/pbpunpacker.php?

step 3: Open PBPUnpacker, and open the 1.50 update EBOOT.PBP

Step 4: Click "Extract" and place the files into a folder. Open the folder, and take the file "DATA.PSAR" and place it in the root of the drive of your PSP over USB.

-----INSTEAD OF ABOVE, YOU CAN INSERT A UMD CONTAINING THE 1.50 UPDATE AND CONTINUE BELOW-------

Step 5: Download Devhook, there is a "Firmware installer" app in there named "DH_INST" or something, so put that and "DH_ENG" (Devhook) in the PSP\GAME folder, and put the "KD" folder in the root of the PSP as well.

Step 6: On the PSP, go to GAME>MEMORY STICK and select "Devhook Firmware installer" or whatever it's called in the new version. It will detect the file, and just do what it says, making sure you dump both Flash0 and Flash1.

DONE! Launch Devhook and go!

i tried that but with the DH_INST i get a Game Could not load error, i got it working once but now it wont work, whats up, anyway, does anyone have it so i can just drag and drop it, plus i tried to save the Flash1 files but i did not see them on my mem card at all, where do they save to.thanx
