Daedalus R6 Released!

StrmnNrmn has just released a new and highly anticipated update to Daedalus PSP, the fastest Nintendo 64 emulator for PSP currently available. The new version, R6, sports a plethora of graphical glitch fixes as well as funcationality improvements during emulation. Outstanding work StrmnNrmn, and good luck on the future R7 release!



New features/fixes in R6 include:
- Added over 50 new combiner modes.
- Added support for c-buttons.
- Load roms from ms0:\N64 in addition to local roms directory.
- Fixed backface culling issues.
- Correctly implemented flipping to avoid flickering with certain roms.
- Plugged memory leak in texture handling code, fixing various crashes.
- Fixed issue which caused screenshot function to hang the emulator.

GREAT Release, im playing Super Mario 64 on it right now , it seems a little faster too

Great release Strmnnrmn, Im thoroughly impressed and look forward to all of your improvements.

Mario 64 does play a tad faster...well, smoother.

IS this still in user mode? since the DG and the kernal for 2.5/2.6 he should go to kernal instead.

Star Fox 64 has no grapichil glitchs, a bit slow but complete playable (as in the slowness isn;t too much.) I played training mode and all controls worked! GREAT JOB!

i cant wait till i can play SSB on my psp smoothly ><
(or at least working)

right now it either doesnt let me push start at the beginning, or it freezes when loading a level...

Its much better now!!! I think he should work on Sound and Speed now. Then fix the graphical errors
