Points: 4.74 Donate | | | i think he ment with like emulators... but if thats true, then i dont see how he could be against ISOs or ISO loaders... its the same thing, a ROM is just from a cartridge, and an ISO is from a CD thats the only difference |

Points: 491.85 Donate | | | Yeah, but alot of people own ALOT of old school Snes, nes, and Genesis games, i own a few myself, and even though its still pirating nobody really cares about those games being pirated, they are old and nobody would be making any money off them anyway, so i say go ahead and download Snes, Nes, and Genesis games, but im still not inducing piracy |

This is great news now 2.6 users can enjoy loading iso's . Sure theres no point really because if you have 2.6 you can enjoy every umd game up to date and still be able to load hombrew via eloader. But you can now enjoy faster emulation via kernel access. But there will be several games with 2.71 and above firmware so if they make devhook emulation for 2.6 users they can still enjoy all the benefits of having 2.6 With out updating. As far as piracy go's it's illegal yes you the person decide if he or she want's download illegal games or not thats up to you and the rest can enjoy faster emulators all homebrew and the ability to load 2.71 and possibly higher without updating. |
