Remember this is just a beta version. I heard from him that the final version is almost completed. You will launch that piece of homebrew, and it will auto-start your UMD. There will be a extra interface in the socom menu, to activate-deactivate cheats!!

i don't have the 1 with he 2 on it though
cwcheat works though.
Illusion is is just a name maybe he meant something like u don't see the codes but it's working.
