Robert A. has just released yet another awesome port for 2.7-2.80 (and as low as 2.0) firmware PSPs, utilizing the TIFF exploit. Penguin Scramble, originally coded by Percival back during the early days of the GTA exploit, is a game where you try to maneuver a penguin past hazardous glaciers, and attempt to survive as long as possible. Pretty straightforward, and there are no known glitches at this time, so download it and have fun! 
Note: If you're having trouble getting this to work, try highlighting the 'PENGUIN' folder in the 'PHOTO' menu on your memory stick, then press 'Start' to start a slideshow. This seems to be the most reliable method for running homebrew using the TIFF exploit. [Download]
