yea, freeplay is right. sony could actually sue us because we r not ABLE to make an agreement as a minor.

Well, could it be that Sony actually planned for minors to have their parents update their PSPs? Why not go ahead and have a license agreement for installing virus definitions?

It would be the child's fault for agreeing to the contract, whether minor or not. Being a minor would mean, you should not even update in the first place.

I could do this but my parents would be pissed!!!!! They dont like cops judges or big companys I might if I got free lawyers and stuff (im only 12 I have a cam and i have updated 9 times)
