Either way, I'm sure Sony would have really good lawyers and would probably take you to court over it. So try it, but you most likely will fail. |

Paternity papers, job contracts, non-disclosure agreements, etc. Read through the EULA for the next firmware update and be enlightened  |

The contract is null and void because the minor hasnt got the authority to make the contract. But they cant be touched for making the contract with the company. |

They don't have to agree to the contract to play the game. They can legally get someone else to agree to the contract for them. Besides, the contract is for the update, not the game. Once an adult legally agrees to the contract, there is no contract requirement for the game itself. |

Points: 0.90 Donate | | | The only problem i can see with this is that in accepting the agreement as a minor you are the one that didnt read the agreement before updating, because if you would have you would have seen that u must be of age to update. if that makes any sence at all. but i dunno much about law.
