WaterBottle from GTAForums has released the first Cheating Device specifically made for Grand Theft Auto Vice City Stories. We are all waiting for Edison Carters CheatDevice aswell, but this is a good thing to use to tide us over. The developer also States this is the only version he is making, specifically because Edisons will be better.

It contains five cheats:

Infinite health/armor.
Superman (lets you fly, like construction mode in LCS).
Infinite breath.
Teleport.
Bouncy mode.

Install Instructions:
-Place the PRX in X:/dh/kd/
-Open X:/dh/271/flash0/kd/pspbtcnf_game.txt
-Find the line called ms0:/dh/kd/devhook.prx, add ms0:/dh/kd/VCSCHEATER.prx after it.
-Run VCS and the device will start

Controls:
-L+Left = Turn Cheat Menu on and Off
-SuperMan - X to Ascend, [] to Descend

Note: This only works with the EURO version of the game, and must be used in conjunction with DevHook.

Dang. It only works with the Euro version. Oh well I'll just wait for Edison Carter's cheat device.

Their are some CWCheats for it aswell, but still only for the Euro version, lets be patient though..

BTW, this CheatDevice is AWESOME, it doesnt have many features, but its still awesome ^_^
