Edison Carter has just released his first rendition of the GTA CheatDevice for the new Vice City Stories PSP game. Praised for his works on GTA: Liberty City Stories nearly a year ago, Edison has not given' up hope, and has introduced an awesome new CheatDevice for us all to play around with. Great work Edison Carter! 
Cheats currently supported include:
* Vehicle Spawns — a lot of the vehicle numbers will crash.
* Step Through Walls.
* Power Jump.
* Screenshot.
* Video Recorder.
* Step Up/Down.
* Infinite Health & Armor.
* Set Time.
You need to run GTA: VCS through DevHook in order to use this. You can install the PRX by running the installer or read the instructions in readme.txt if you prefer to do it by hand. [Source]

Points: 356.11 Donate | | | Actually, I didn't really enjoy the missions in LCS too much. What I loved, however, was the ability to just put rocket boost on to about 5, teleport to the airport, and race round in a Cheetah. Of course, you'd need Cheat Device for all of that. |
