would updating to 3.03OE mean not being able to change my XMB icons using the TOPMENU generator? because on that program it only gives u the options for firmwares 1.50, 2.50, and 3.02OE

Unless it checks your firmware, you should be fine. There's little difference between this and 3.02 OE flashing-wise.

Sorry, but it can't run on 3.03. You need to be on a custom firmware or 1.5 to upgrade to this, and there is no way to get to any other firmware or run any homebrew on 3.03.

My name is P J Fernando from Sri Lanka.
I have a PSP with firmware 3.03.
I have never being able to play a homebrew game.

I tried to go thru the steps you pointed for the
Dark_AleX's 3.03 OE-A Released.

But your step 1 says.
"Copy oeupdatemaker and oeupdatemaker% to /PSP/GAME if
you are in firmware 1.50, or to /PSP/GAME150 if you
are in 2.71 SE or 3.02 OE."

But I have 3.03,. I copied the folders to PSP/GAME150
folder but I can't see the oeupdatemaker from my PC.

If you can help me out on this that would be greate.
