We have recently been experiencing a lot of abuse of the homepage news posting (being available to the public and all).

Let me clarify a few things.

1. No illegal content can be linked to or promoted.
2. Proper spelling and grammar is EXPECTED. People need to understand you.
3. ONLY NEWS is allowed, do not post anything else in this section!
4. Spam will result in a ban.
5. Do not make unconfirmed 'downgraders' or exploits to be seen on homepage, post them in the hacking section in forums.
6. Try not copy news from other PSP websites, and if you do, remember to link to the SOURCE of the article, not the site.
7. No Porn.
