Firmware 3.11 Decrypter Released!

Well, part of the whole firmware routine, I guess. Team C+D didn't even have to do anything! The same decrypter for 3.10 works with firmware 3.11! Has Sony finally given up on themselves? *Sigh*, anyhoo...

So yes, this paves the road to DevHook emulation, custom firmwares, and much much more. Now all that's left is to sit back and wait for the scene's greatest to do what they do best. Watch out for Firmware 3.11 OE soon, along with support for firmware emulation!

Here's how to get it going:
- To dump the firmware open up the Eboot with psp brew or PBP unpacker
- Extract the DATA.PSAR to the root of your memory stick.
- Copy psar_dump2 and psar_dump2% to your GAME150 folder. (Or whatever you kernel is set to)
- Launch it from the game menu.
- Select what option you wish to have. Then it will dump the contents to the root of your memory stick.

Excellent work, Team C+D! Keep up the good...well, past work!

Awesome!!! I think Sony is really losing hope and not trying anymore.

Well, I wouldn't say that, at least not yet. If they're going to keep the PS3 updates coming, we can expect PSP updates to go with 'em. Think about it.

Well, that's been going on since 1.51.
I personally just think that they're letting their guard down on custom firmware and whatnot. I mean, what's not to like about it?

Well, people stop buying their games and download ISOs instead. they also stop buying nintendo games and use emulators and roms instead. all the developers get pised and nintendo get pissed
