yea i dont get this either

is the point of this that you can downgrade to 1.50 again after you install it?
if not why wouldn't someone just get the higher custom firmwares?

Som ppl like to keep 1.5 FW and want to customize their PSPs. So they use this custom FW instead of a regular 1.5. So that way they hav recovery and all like the 2.71 SE+ custom FWs. Those ppl just like to use DevHook to run higher FW needed games. But I personally don't care for this either. But that is just me.

Had a 2.5 US PSP Phat but downgraded to 1.5 then upgraded to 390 M33-3+150 kernel w/1GB,512MB,32MB,4GB memory,GTA:LCS,and GTA:VCS.

okay thanks but what do you mean by recovery? you can downgrade to 1.5 regular again?
