Sony has released a free compiler for PSP, PS2, and PS3. The downside? Only registered developers may download. Everyone is free to take a look though! Intimidating, eh:

Points: 118.15 Donate | | | Nice one wilhel. Actually my friend who lives in LA and myself who lives in CT always send pictures and music (that we make ourselves. We're both musicians) through torrents. They are legal, but only if you are sending your own stuff. Same with Limewire and Kazaa and all those. |
