Notaz has just released his Sega Genesis and Sega/Mega CD emulator for the PSP! While it isn't perfect, it is still usable.

To install put this in the PSP/GAME folder. The emulator might require you to mess with some settings to enable some games to run well. The Genesis roms can be in typical Genesis rom file format (
ex: .bin). The Sega/Mega CD games may be in either .bin or .iso format. No other format will work.
Make sure you read the readme file. There is a lot of important information in there!
