Sadly that is all the information I can bring you because as of Febuary 18th, 2008 when then announcement was first made, Homer had barely begun work on it. Hopefully more news will be coming soon!
Note: This announcement is over a month old, but I have seen no news of it anywhere, aside from his site, and it definitely deserves being known.

I've got high hopes for the interface, as the old one was fairly basic with no icons or anything - just text and a background. I think Homer could learn a lot from the SNES9xTYL team and their very polished interface!
But what I think would be truly awesome - just IMO - would be one app that uses the core of every major emulator out there, all melded together underneath a very clean and polished interface, which could load any ROM from any console. It would take a lot of work, obviously, but it would mean all those separate emulators on my PSP at the moment could be put into one. |

1. The source code for some emulators is unavailable. (I'll look into this a little more.)
2. Who could help on PSP3D - who is willing to help? There are coders on this site - Robert A. and Percival to name a few - but with all the stuff they've got to do in their lives, would they want to help?
EDIT: I've looked into this a little more. In red are the emulators which aren't open source - in green are those which are. DGEN, SNES9xTYL, Daedalus, gpsp (Kai) NesterJ Homer's RIN (GeMP)
So the only real problem is NesterJ, but there's gotta be an open source NES emulator out there... I'll look into it.
EDIT: Can't find one.
