PReSS v0.31 Released!

The Underminer has just updated his excellent RSS Reader for the PSP to version 0.31.

In this update for PReSS, the following changes were made:

- Unlocked unlimted sized mp3's for playback
- fixed scroll-bar in catalogue
- fixed updating feature
- some minor things
